Faire PLUS avec MOINS: savoir gérer les systèmes par les contraintes

One day, UK is in the EU, the next day, a small majority expects to have UK out of the EU...   No need to judge if it is right or wrong: people voted and this is democracy. Maybe some would have liked t o get a larger majority   (in one direction or the other) to make sure the choice represents its people. This is what I find amazing: 1>0 but also 2>1 The fact that democracy allows us to make a choice, thanks to this 1 vote that makes 1 group larger than the other.   This is just mathematics: 1<2 so if there are 3 persons and 2 say YES and 1 says NO , YES is the winner. In case you analyse the situation with a total of close to 80.000.000 inhabitants: 40.000.001 is also larger than 39.999.999. Je voudrais tout d’abord souhaiter  à toutes mes lectrices et tous mes lecteurs une très bonne année 2016. Bonjour, je m’appelle Erik Mano et je suis l’auteur de ce blog en langue française nommé « Faire Plus Avec Moins ». L’année 2015 a été remplie d’émotions fortes et blessantes ; 2015 fut entachée événements que l’on croit ne peuvent arriver que dans des régions où règne le chaos. Pas chez nous. Et pourtant l’humanité a parfois des réactions qui n’ont rien d’humaine. De belles choses ont aussi eu lieu en 2015 et nous essaierons de ne retenir que celles qui nous ont fait du bien, même si bien sûr nous n’oublierons rien des épreuves difficiles. Utiliser la logique pour résoudre les conflits est aussi l’un des buts de ce blog. Si nos politiciens utilisaient la logique pour prendre des décisions, ils anticiperaient bien à l’avance toutes les situations qui peuvent entraîner des débordements.
